Lowe Dreesen Miller Law Firm Jingle Contest - Official Rules and Legal Fine Print
1. Eligibility: The contest is open to all residents of Missouri who are music teachers or affiliated with a school music group or individuals, or groups. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter or have a sponsor or parent enter for them. Participants can enter as many jingles as they wish.
2. Jingle Requirements:
By participating in the Lowe Dreesen Miller Law Firm Jingle Contest, all participants agree to comply with these rules and regulations. Failure to follow the guidelines and rules may result in disqualification. For any additional questions or clarifications, please contact us at 573-888-8888.

2. Jingle Requirements:
- All jingles must be original and created solely for this contest.
- Jingles must not contain any copyrighted material, including words, music, or vocals. Any submission found to be in violation of copyright laws will be disqualified.
- The jingle should be no longer than 30 seconds in duration.
- Submissions must be in the form of an MP3 or MP4 file and uploaded using the provided button below.
- By entering the contest, participants acknowledge and agree that the winning jingle will become the sole and exclusive property of Lowe Dreesen Miller Law Firm. The winner and all those who submit jingles for consideration shall have no further rights or claims to the jingle, including any future use, royalties, or financial compensation.
- Lowe Dreesen Miller Law Firm reserves the right to modify, edit, or adapt the winning jingle as needed for promotional purposes.
- The winner of the contest will receive a prize of $1000, which can be awarded to themselves or their school music program, at the winner's discretion.
- The prize is non-transferable.
- By submitting a jingle, participants grant Lowe Dreesen Miller Law Firm the right to use and post the submitted jingle on their digital platforms and affiliated channels for any legal purpose including but not limited to promotional purposes, including promoting the contest to other potential participants.
- Participants retain no rights to their jingle creation.
- All jingle entries must be submitted via the provided link by the contest deadline, which is September 30, 2023.
- The winning jingle will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Lowe Dreesen Miller Law Firm. The decision of the judges is final and binding.
- The winner will be notified via email or phone within one week after the contest deadline.
- By participating in the contest, participants release Lowe Dreesen Miller Law Firm from any and all liability related to any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or arising from the contest or the use of the winning jingle.
