David M. Lowe

David Michael Lowe was born in Denton, Texas. David is a 1986 graduate of the University of the Ozarks, Clarksville, Arkansas, where he graduated with honors (magna cum laude) in obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree. While in college, David was awarded a three-year ROTC scholarship and was commissioned through ROTC in May 1986 into the Army Reserve as a Second Lieutenant of the Adjutant General’s Corps. David deferred his entry into the military to study law at the University of Arkansas School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in May 1989. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Arkansas and entered active duty in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the United States Army in 1990. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Missouri in 1996. ​

Matthew Miller

Matthew R. Miller is an accomplished trial lawyer who has practiced in Circuit Courts throughout the State of Missouri, the Missouri Court of Appeals and has successfully argued before the Missouri Supreme Court. Matt focuses his practice on Criminal, Civil and Family Law and has handled thousands of cases in his career.  Matt began his career more than ten years ago with a small firm in St. Charles, Missouri where he handled a variety of civil and family law matters. For the last eight years, Matt has focused primarily on criminal law where he worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Pulaski County and primarily as a Senior Public Defender in the Trial Division of the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office. ​
