Simple Wills
Powers of Attorneys (General and / or Healthcare)
Health Care Directives

The attorneys from Lowe Dreesen Miller will be on hand to answer questions, guide, and help you prepare these documents. As long as the documents are those listed above, you can leave with your official documents in hand and ready to use.

Please remember to RSVP by May 5, 2023.  In doing so, you will receive a questionnaire for you to fill out in order to be prepared ahead of time so  you can walk away from the clinic with your official documents in hand.  CLICK HERE TO RSVP NOW

FAQs:

I forgot to RSVP, can I still come?

You can show up, but without an appointment and completed questionnaire, we may or may not be able to provide services. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee it without an RSVP.

Will I be able to get my questions about Veterans benefits, burial benefits, etc. answered?

Veterans Services Officers will be on hand to answer your questions concerning available Veterans benefits, including burial benefits

What if I don't understand the questionnaire completely?

The attorneys from Lowe Dreesen Miller will be on hand to provide professional guidance at no cost to you.


What if I want to set up a revocable trust or other more complex estate planning?

The attorneys from Lowe Dreesen Miller will be able to give general guidance and would be happy to schedule an appointment with you at their offices in Waynesville, Missouri or St. James, Missouri to further assist you with your more complicated estate planning needs. Although there is no charge for an initial consulation regarding your more complex estate planning needs, you will leave the consultation knowing the fee for the additional estate planning documents you need. This will enable you to make an informed decision about your estate planning needs.
